Recipe:
Ingredients:
Aachi Chilli Chicken Masala - 20g
Idli - 10 Nos.
Oil - to fry
Onion - 1 No
Capsicum - 1 No.
Green Chilli - 2 Nos.
Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoon
Spring Onion - As Required
Salt - to taste
Cooking Direction:
1. In a bowl add Aachi Chilli Chicken Masala 20g and required amount of water and make it into a batter consistency.
2. Cut the idlies in to small pieces and dip it in to the batter and deep fry it in the oil.
3. In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onions, capsicum, green chilies and saute well.
4. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt, deep fried idlies and saute well.
5. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
