Paneer Butter Masala – Malai Kofta
Ingredients:
1. Aachi Paneer Butter Masala – 2 tbsp
2. Aachi Garam Masala – 2 tsp
3. Potato – 2 Nos.
4. Paneer – 100g
5. Onion – 2 Nos.
6. Tomato – 3 Nos.
7. Green Chilli – 2 Nos.
8. Coriander Leaves
9. Garlic - 4 Nos.
10. Ginger – A Small Piece
11. Cashewnut - 4 Nos
12. Butter – Required quantity
13. Corn Flour – Required amount
14. Fresh Cream
15. Salt – Required quantity
16. Water - Required quantity
Pre preparation:
1. Boil 2 Potatoes and mash well.
2. Add the mashed potato, Grated Paneer, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, 2 tsp Aachi Garam masala, required amount of salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Add Corn flour and make the mix into small balls.
3. Fry the balls in oil and keep aside.
Preparation:
• Heat required quantity of oil in a pan and sauté 1 finely chopped onion, 1 slit green chilli, 4 pods of Garlic, Small Piece of Ginger and fry till golden brown color. Add 3 Tomatoes, 4 Cashew nut and sauté well. Grind the mix into a smooth paste.
• Heat butter in a pan, add the ground paste, 2 tbsp of Aachi Paneer Butter Masala and sauté.
• Add required amount of salt and water. Cook till gravy thickens.
• Now add the fried balls into the gravy and add fresh cream on top.
• Malai Kofta is ready to serve.
