AACHI BIRYANI MASALA (VEG BIRYANI)
Ingredients:
• Aachi Biryani masala – 20gm
• Aachi Ghee – 100 ml
• Onion (Big Size) – 2 nos
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1 ½ tbsp
• Tomatoes – 2 nos
• Curd – 1 ½ tbsp.
• Lemon juice – ½ tsp
• Beans – 5 Nos
• Mushroom – 5 Nos
• Carrot - 1 nos
• Basmati rice – 250g
• Salt – to taste
• Water – 500 ml
• Fresh Peas – 50g
• Mint leaves – for toppings.
• Coriander leaves – for toppings.
Detailed recipe:
1. Take a pressure cooker, heat 100 ml of ghee, sauté 2 Nos. of chopped onion until golden brown.
2. Add 1 ½ tbsp of Aachi Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté for a minute.
3. Add 2 sliced tomatoes and sauté for 3-5 minutes, followed by adding 1 ½ tbsp of curd and ½ tsp lemon juice.
4. Add 20g of Aachi Biryani Masala and 300 g vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Mushroom, Peas). Sauté for 10 minutes.
5. Add 500ml water, 250 g basmati rice, salt to taste, coriander/mint leaves and Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Now tasty Vegetable biryani is ready to serve.
