Boil 200g potato, 25g Carrot, 25g peas and 25g cauliflower. 2. Heat required oil add chopped onion fry till golden brown color. 3. Add 1 tbsp of Aachi Ginger Garlic paste and tomato still raw smell goes off. 4. Now add 50g Aa¬chi Curry Masala and sauté well. 5. Then add Boiled vegetables (Potato, Carrot, Peas & Cauliflower), required salt and water. 6. Allow to cook for 5-10 mins. 7. When gravy thickens add coriander leaves and serve hot. INGREDIENTS: • Oil • Chopped onion • Chopped tomato • Aachi Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp • Potato- 200g • Carrot – 25g • Peas – 25g • Cauliflower – 25g • Aachi Curry Masala – 50g • Salt • Water • Coriander leaves.
