POTATO GRAVY USING ROYAL GARAM MASALA
COOKING DIRECTION
INGREDIENTS:
• Potato – 500g
• Oil / butter – 3 tbsp
• Chopped onion – 1
• Aachi Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
• Chopped carrot – 25g
• Chopped beans - 25g
• Chopped capsicum - 25g
• Aachi Royal Garam Masala – 3 to 4 tbsp
• Water – 100 ml
• Salt to taste
DETAILED RECIPE:
1. Take 500g of potato, boil it and mash it.
2. Take a pan add 3 tbsp of oil or butter and add 1 chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
3. Now add 2 tbsp of Aachi Ginger Garlic Paste and add 25g of chopped carrot, 25g of chopped beans, 25g of chopped capsicum and sauté until it is cooked.
4. Now add the mashed potato to it and add about 3-4 tbsp of Aachi Royal Garam Masala to it and add 100 ml of water.
5. Adjust salt to taste and allow it to cook for 5 min.
6. Serve it hot with Chapathi or Paratha.
