VEG PULAO KIT (Mushroom Pulao)
Ingredients:
• Aachi Vegetable Pulao kit – 1
• Mushroom – 200g
• Green peas – 200g
• Aachi Ghee – 50ml
• Water – 400 ml
• Mint leaves and Coriander leaves
Detailed recipe:
1. Add 50 ml of Aachi Ghee in a pressure cooker and heat well. Now add given whole spices (pack-1) and saute for a minute.
2. Add 200g Mushroom and 200g Green peas and saute for 3-5 mins. Empty the given Aachi Pulao paste (pack-2) and saute well for 5 minutes in medium flame till the oil oozes out.
3. Now add 450 ml of water and empty the given Basmati rice (pack-3). Top it with Chopped mint/ Coriander leaves. Cover and place whistle and cook for 3 whistles. Now tasty Mushroom Pulao is ready to serve.
