MATAR PANEER
INGREDIENTS:
• Oil
• Chopped onion - 3
• Green chillies - 2
• Garlic cloves – 4
• Ginger– 1/2 inch
• Poppy seeds
• Cashew nut – 5
• Chopped tomatoes - 2
• Cumin - 1 tsp
• Aachi Ghee - 3 tbsp
• Aachi Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
• Aachi Kitchen King Masala - 2 tbsp
• Peas – ½ cup
• Fried paneer – 250 g
• Water – ½ cup
COOKING DIRECTION:
1. Heat oil in a pan, Add 3 chopped Onions, 2 Green Chillies, 4 Nos. of Garlic Cloves, 1/2 inch Ginger, 5 Nos. of cashew nut previously soaked poppy seeds and 2 chopped tomatoes.
2. Sauté till raw smell goes off. Cool the mixture and make it in to a fine paste.
3. In a pan heat 3 tbsp ghee and sauté the prepared paste for 2 minutes.
4. Add 2 tbsp of Aachi Kitchen King Masala.
5. Add 1/2 cup of boiled peas and cook till ghee separates.
6. Add ½ cup water and 250g fried paneer and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot with Naan/Roti.
