In a pan, add 2 tbsp Aachi Ghee and half grated coconut and saute well for 1 min. 2. Add 200g of Powdered Jaggery, 2 Cardamom (Crushed) and mix well. 3. Sauté until it becomes thick. Kozhukattai preparation: 1. Boil required quantity of water with salt. 2. Pour this water into 500g of Aachi Kozhukattai flour. Knead the flour gently into a dough. 3. Spread a little oil on your palm and take a ball of dough and flatten slightly. 4. Put a spoonful of pooranam in this flat surface and fold. Make sure that the pooranam is completely closed. Steam it for 7-10 minutes. 5. The soft and tasty Kozhukattai is ready to serve.
