Now add the given whole spices (Pack 1) and sauté for a minute on low flame. STEP 2: Add cleaned chicken and sauté well for 2 minutes. Empty the given Aachi Chettinad Biryani Paste (Pack 2) and sauté well for 5 minutes in medium flame till the oil oozes out. STEP 3: Now add 450 ml of water and empty the given Basmati Rice (Pack 3). Mix well and check for salt. Cover and place the whistle. Set the flame to medium high and cook for 3 whistles. (Open once the pressure settles.) Now tasty Aachi Chettinad Biryani is ready. Serve hot with Brinjal gravy / Raita. Ingredients required: 1. Aachi Chettinad Biryani Kit – 1 Pack 2. Water – 450ml 3. Chicken – 500g 4. Aachi Ghee or Oil – 50ml
