COOKING DIRECTION:
1. Mix 100ml of curd and 2 tbsp of Aachi Chicken Tikka Masala to form a smooth lump free paste.
2. Adjust the salt to taste.
3. Marinate 500g of fresh and clean boneless chicken pieces with the above paste for 30-45 minutes.
4. Roast the Chicken pieces on both sides in a tava for 2-3 minutes.
5. Garnish with lemon and onion rings.
6. Serve hot Chicken Tikka with mint chutney.
INGREDIENTS:
• Curd – 100 ml
• Aachi Chicken Tikka Masala - 15 g
• Chicken - 500 g
• Salt to taste
• Oil – for greasing the tava
