Take a bowl and add Aachi Ragi Vermicelli, to that add a pinch of salt and plain water till it is immersed completely. 2. Let it soak for 2 minutes. Then drain the water completely. Do not soak it for more than 2 minutes. 3. Steam it for 5 minutes. 4. Heat 1 tsp. cooking oil. Add mustard, Bengal gram, sliced onions, slit green chillies and sauté till golden brown. 5. Add required amount of salt. 6. Now add the cooked vermicelli and sauté for 2 minutes. 7. Serve hot with coconut chutney. INGREDIENTS REQUIRED: 1. Aachi Ragi Vermicelli – 1 cup 2. Cooking oil 3. Mustard – ½ tsp 4. Bengal gram – 1 tsp 5. Onion - 1 6. Slit green chillies - 1 7. Salt
