Take a rice cooker, heat 200g of oil, saute 200gm sliced onion until golden brown. 2. Add 1 tbsp of GG paste and sauté for a minute. 3. Add 3 sliced tomatoes and sauté for 3-5 minutes, followed by adding 100gm of curd. 4. Immediately add 50g of Aachi Biryani Masala and 250 g vegetables. Sauté for 10 minutes. 5. Add necessary water, ½ Kg biryani rice, salt to taste, coriander/mint leaves and cook till warm. Now tasty biryani is ready.
Ingredients: • Aachi Biryani masala – 50gm • Oil – 200 ml • Medium sized sliced onion – 2 nos • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp • Medium sized sliced tomatoes – 3 nos • Curd – 100ml • Vegetables – 250gms • India gate classic basmati rice – ½ Kg • Salt – to taste • Mint leaves – for toppings.
