Clean and cut 200g of desired vegetables (like Carrot, Beans etc..) and boil with little salt. 2. Boil Basmati Rice, drain the excess water and keep aside. 3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté vegetables for a minute. 4. Add Aachi Original Fried Rice Masala and cooked Basmati rice and mix well. Check for salt. Add cut spring onions. 5. Serve hot with chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Ingredients: • Cut Vegetables – 200g • Cooked rice – 400g • Oil – 2 tbsp • Aachi Original Fried Rice Masala – (10 Rupees pack) • Spring Onions – 2 sprigs
