Aachi Pepper rasam powder - 20g 2. Oil – As required 3. Mustard Seeds – As required 4. Urad dal – ¼ tsp 5. Dried Red chillies - 2 to 3 Nos. 6. Curry Leaves 7. Tomato – 2 Nos. 8. Water – 750ml 9. Tamarind Juice – 2 ½ tbsp 10. Coriander Leaves 11. Salt to taste Recipe: Heat required amount of oil in a Kadai Splutter Mustard seeds (few), Urad Dal (1/4tsp), Dried Red Chillies (2-3), Curry Leaves, Sliced Tomato (2 Nos.) and sauté well. Now add 20g of Aachi Pepper Rasam Powder and sauté well. Add water (750ml), Tamarind Juice and required quantity of salt. Top with chopped coriander leaves and remove from flame before it starts boiling.
