Limited Offer. ========================== Follow Aachi NXTGEN Cooking on Social Media Facebook :https://www.facebook.com/Aachinxtgen Instagram :https://www.instagram.com/aachi_nxtgen_cooking/ Twitter : https://twitter.com/Aachi_NxtGen =========================== Ingredients: 1) Aachi Ghee – 100ml 2) Oil – 100ml 3) Cinnamon – a small piece 4) Cloves – 3 Nos 5) Cardamom – 2 Pods 6) Bay leaves - 2 7) Water - As required 8) Onion – 200g 9) Aachi Ginger Garlic Paste – 30g 10) Green Chilli – 2 Nos. 11) Tomatoes – 100g 12) Curd – 50g 13) Chicken – 500g 14) Aachi Chettinad Chicken Biyrani Masala – 50g 15) Coriander Leaves – As required 16) Mint leaves – As required 17) Basmati Rice – 500g 18) Salt to taste Cooking Direction: 1) Heat 100 ml Aachi Ghee and 100 ml oil in a cooker. 2) Add whole spices (a small piece of cinnamon, 3 cloves, 2 pods of cardamom, a bay leaf) and sauté for a minute. 3) Add 200g of chopped onion and sauté well. Add 30g of Ginger Garlic paste and two slits of green chillies and sauté well. 4) Add 100g of chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soft, Add 50g curd, chopped coriander and mint leaves, 500g of cleaned chicken and 50g of Aachi Chettinad Chicken Biryani Masala and sauté well. 5) Now add 500g Basmati rice and necessary water. Add salt to taste. Cook till whistles. 6) After 15 minutes tasty Chettinad chicken biryani is ready to serve.
