Recipe:
Ingredients:
Aachi Kulambu Chilli Masala - 2tbsp
Mustard - 1tsp
Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
Red Chillies - 3
Shallot - 200g
Garlic - 80g
Tomato - 2 Nos.
Gingelly Oil - 100ml
Tamarind - Small Lemon Size
Salt - to taste
Coriander Leaves
Curry Leaves
Cooking Direction:
1. Heat Gingelly Oil in a kadai. Add Mustard, Fenugreek, Curry Leaves and Shallot and sauté well.
2. Add chopped tomatoes and sauté for few minutes.
3. Add Kulambu Chilli Masala, Garlic and sauté well.
4. Now add tamarind juice and salt to taste.
5. Add required amount of water and allow it to boil for few minutes.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve with hot rice.
