Recipe:
Ingredients:
Aachi Chicken Masala - 35g
Chicken - 500g
Small Onion - 1 Cup
Garlic - 10 Pods
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Oil - 100ml
Green Chilli - 4 Nos
Salt - As Required
Cooking Direction:
1. In a Pan add 2 tbsp Oil, add mustard 1/2 tsp, 2 slits of green chillies, curry leaves and saute well.
2. Add Chopped Onion and Saute
3. Now add 750g of finelly chopped mutton and add required amount of salt.
4. Close the pan with lid until chicken get cooked and add 50g Aachi Pepper Chicken Masala and Saute Well
5. Add Curry Leaves, Saute and garnish with coriander leaves
6. Yummy Chicken Podimas is ready to serve.
