Recipe:
Ingredients:
Aachi Roasted Vermicelli - 180g
Oil - 1 tbsp
Water - 400ml
Mustard - 2-3g
Bengal Gram - 10g
Curry Leaves - 2-3g
Sliced Onion - 1
Sliced Green Chilli - 1
Salt to taste
Cooking Direction:
1. Take a pan, Add 1 tbsp of Cooking Oil, Mustard, Bengal Gram, Few Curry Leaves, Sliced Onion, Slit Green Chilli and Saute it till golden brown.
2. Add 400ml of water and salt to taste.
3. When water starts to boil, Add Aachi Roasted Vermicelli (180g).
4. Stir occassionally till vermicelli gets cooked.
5. Serve hot with suitable chutney and sugar. (For enhanced taste desired vegetables may be added.)
