Sugar Syrup Preparation: Add 1kg of sugar in 500ml of water and boil up to one string consistency, while boiling add 2 pods of cardamom. 2. Mix 500g of Aachi Gram Flour in 250ml of water into a thick batter. 3. Pour oil in a pan. Take a dry perforated ladle and place it above the pan and drain the thick batter in hot oil by hitting the strainer on side of the pan, lifting up then again hitting. 4. Fry them till golden colour, drain and remove from oil. 5. Roast 100g Cashew Nut, 50g Raisins and mix with Boondhi. 6. Now pour the sugar syrup into this mix and keep it for 2-3 hours. 7. Prepare round balls.
