PREPARATION: 1. To make a syrup take 250ml of water for 500g of sugar, Bring it to boil the sugar syrup until it reaches one string consistency. 2. Add 1-2 cardamom into the syrup and then add pre prepared mix into it and stir well without any lumps. 3. Add Aachi Ghee into the prepared mix and keep stirring for 5-8 minutes / until it gets thicken. 4. When thickens add 20ml milk and mix well. 5. Grease the plate or bowl using ghee/oil and transfer the entire prepared mix into it and keep the bowl at room temperature to cool completely (2 hours). 6. Cut the Mysore Pak using knife and serve it.
