=========================== KCP - Kaarakuzhambu Detailed recipe: 1. Take 30gms white tamarind and soak it in 30 ml of water for 15 minutes. make it to smooth juice. 2. In a small bowl, mix the thick tamarind paste, 1 ½ tbsp of Aachi Kulambu chilli masala and add required amount of salt in 300ml of water. 3. Take vegetables and cut into pieces, keep aside. 4. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add mustard, cumin & fenugreek seeds. 5. Add the curry leaves. Let them pop and splutter well. 6. Add finely sliced onions & fry till the onions turn a little brown. 7. Add the coarsely pounded garlic flakes and sauté well. 8. Add sliced tomato pieces and cook till it is soft & mushy. 9. Add the cut Vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes 10. Now add tamarind juice mixture. Cover and cook it for 6 to 8 mins on medium heat until the curry starts to thicken up slightly and the vegetables are cooked 11. Turn off the flame, once the oil oozes out from the curry and serve with hot rice.
